Reviews policy
Effective date: September 5, 2026
Who may write
A review must come from a real customer. No discounts, gifts or payment in exchange for a review. Owners may not review their own listing.
One review per email per listing. We send a confirmation link; the review only enters the moderation queue after the email is verified.
What cannot be bought
A business cannot buy, remove or edit a review. An owner may post one public reply, shown under the review.
Moderation
We remove spam, abuse, conflicts of interest and text with no actual visit. We may verify a review by email or phone.
