About Seattle

Seattle’s Russian-speaking households sit east of the lake more than in the city core. Bellevue and Redmond are the densest: tech-family clinics, insurance desks that already know a H-1B spouse, and Saturday schools in office parks. Kirkland holds a quieter residential ring. Lynnwood and the unincorporated stretch toward Mill Creek are where a lot of the trades actually garage — auto, home, movers — because rent is lower than on the Bellevue side of I-405. Downtown Seattle shows up for immigration appointments and a handful of restaurants, not for the school run.

Demand follows that map. Doctors and dentists who can bill a Microsoft or Amazon plan, insurance agents who will explain a high-deductible plus an HSA in Russian, real-estate brokers who have written offers in Bellevue and Kirkland, and tutors for the weekend school. Home services and auto shops that will drive across the floating bridge without padding the quote are the cards people keep. Lawyers here do a mix of immigration (a lot of status work tied to employers) and family files. The rain makes “open now” and a real phone more useful than a pretty storefront photo.

SlavList verifies a Seattle-area card the same way as the others: a phone that answers, an address, and a Washington license where the trade is licensed. Featured is a paid Promoted slot, three per category, and does not move reviews. If your shop is in Lynnwood and the pin still sits on Bellevue, claim the listing; a wrong Eastside drive is how people lose an afternoon.
